You can request preferable instllation dates here. The dates has to be later than 20 business days (except Sat. Sun. or holidays). If you leave this section blank, they will usually assign the earliest possible date (which is usually less than 20 business days)

Japanese Driver's License Japanese Insurance Card Japanese Passport Residence Registry Card Alien Registration Card Note: If the certificate is a card size type, the copy should be enlarged to twice its original size. The certificate should include your name, address, birthday, expiration date. If the current address is different, you can attach a copy of utility bill (phone, gas, electricity etc.). The utility bill should include your name and current address. If you are under 20 years old, a certificate from one of your relatives (parents, brother or sister) is also required.
