BBTV uses Yahoo! BB Internet network. Therefore,
depending
on the Internet speed or other conditions, you may not be able
to enjoy proper picture quality.
BBTV sends you a letter and set-top box in 7 to 10 days.

When you use the set-top box for the first
time, Account Activation Page appears. Activate
your BBTV account by entering 12 digits BBTV
number and password indicated in the letter.

BBTV accepts e-mail inquiries in Japanese

The last two
IDs can be
found in the very first letter you receive from Yahoo BB!
You can cancel your
BBTV service at the
end
of each month. But
it is required to
notify
BBTV by 20th of the
month. (eg. If you
want
to cancel BBTV at
the end of July,
you have
to notify BBTV by
July 20.) To cancel
the
service, go to Add/Remove Page(BBTV Official Homepage) or simply call BBTV Customer Support Center for the arrangement. You also have to send
the set-top box back to BBTV. The shipping
charge will be at your expense.
