Yahoo BB Guide in English / Japan 's No1 ADSL Service

You can check your Yahoo! BB billing statement online using your Yahoo! Japan ID.If you have not used the ID before, you have to activate it first.

1. Go to Yahoo! Wallet (Yahoo BB Official Homepage)

2.Enter your Yahoo! Japan ID and password. Then press the login button.

BB Phone Call Record

You can check your BB phone call records of the past three months. The statement is renewed daily but it takes a week to update the info.(eg. If you make a call today, it appears on the statement a week later.)

1. Go to BB Phone Statement (Yahoo BB official homepage)

2. Enter your Yahoo! Japan ID and password. Then press the login button.

3. Enter your NTT phone number (If you do not subscribe NTT phone service, you probably have to enter your customer ID)

Online Payment Registration (Credit Card Users Only)

You can also use a payment registration form.
If you have not used your Yahoo! Japan ID before, you have to activate it before going through the process.

New Registration

Go to Yahoo! Wallet.
Press the yellow button to proceed.
Enter your Yahoo! Japan ID and password to logon.
fill out the form and click the button at the bottom of the page
Online registration completed. Unless you have an outstanding payment, the new payment method goes into effect from the following month.

Changing the payment method.

For those who did online registration before		For those who used a registration form before.
Go to Yahoo! Wallet. Click "Login" at the upper right corner of the page. Enter your Yahoo! Japan ID and password and click the login button.. Click"Change your information" Enter your security key and click "next". Click "change payment method" Enter new credit card information and click "revise" at the bottom of the page The payment method has been revised. The new method will be effective from the next month unless you have an outstanding payment.		Go to Yahoo! Wallet. Click "Login" at the upper right corner of the page. Enter your Yahoo! Japan ID and password and click the login button.. Click"Change your information" Fill out the information and click the button at the bottom of the page. Click the link in the middle of the page. Click"!Change your information"again. Enter your security key and click "next". Click "change payment method" Enter new credit card information and click "revise" at the bottom of the page The payment method has been revised. The new method will be effective from the next month unless you have an outstanding payment.
